ZOA LLC operates the site to share information about ZOA Protocol, provide player support, and offer optional web profile features. These terms do not change mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

ZOA LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. This permission does not transfer ownership of site content or software.

You may link to public pages in a way that is accurate and does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement. Automated access must respect technical limits and must not burden, scrape, or interfere with the service.

Optional Steam profile features use Steam OpenID. Steam authenticates you, and the shared ZOA web gateway maintains the resulting website session with an HttpOnly cookie. Do not attempt to use another person’s account, impersonate another player, or bypass access controls.

ZOA LLC never asks you to provide a Steam password or Steam Guard code on this site. You are responsible for protecting your Steam account and for activity initiated through your authenticated browser session.

You must not misuse the website or help someone else do so.

• Break applicable law or violate another person’s rights.
• Probe, scan, exploit, or circumvent security, authentication, or rate limits without written authorization.
• Introduce malware, destructive code, abusive traffic, or content designed to disrupt the site.
• Harvest personal information, automate account activity, or access non-public data without permission.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with ZOA LLC, ZOA Protocol, Steam, or another person.

ZOA Protocol, this website, and their original text, artwork, audiovisual material, software, branding, and design are owned by ZOA LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback, you grant ZOA LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you. Do not send material you are not entitled to share.

Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube, and other services are provided for convenience. ZOA LLC does not control those services, their availability, content, purchases, or policies. Your use of them is governed by your agreement with the relevant provider.

The site and its features may change, pause, or end. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or suspected misuse. We may also update these terms; the date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
